Fidencio S. Longoria "Fred" used to shine shoe's in his home town of Gonzales, TX
as a child, for .25 cents a pair. With the money he made he would go next door to his favorite store called Espinoza Foods to order a coke, chips and two links of sausage for .25 cents. Soon this gave him an idea to open a family restaurant. Angie Longoria named it Longoria's BBQ. Since then the family own restaurant has been in business for 12 years. This is a dream come true for Fidencio Longoria and his wife Angie.
His two sons Danny and David's hard work and dedication has brought success into the business and they have been able to give to back to the community through the Lion's Club, Rotary Club, Serra Club, and to local charities.
